Product : Glencor were superb as always.
Trip to Agidir, having done Marrakesh in 2023, and it didn’t disappoint. Agidir significantly more accessible and friendly than Marrakesh. 4 different local courses, 1 poor, 2 good, 1 great but they’re working on recovering since Covid, closures and lack of funding.
Hotel was ‘aging’ but it was ok. Again, for the price, it was adequate.
Organisation by Glencor top class.

Tenerife Golf Break

If there is a problem it is quickly resolved.
Any question is responded to quickly via email.
Payments are made easy by using their online account.
Product : We as a golf group of 16 really enjoyed this break to Tenerife, it's been the best golfing break so far, and we have booked several breaks with Glencor.
The hotel was lovely and the staff were very attentive, nothing was too much trouble.
We paid for a Birthday cake for one of the group and the hotel put a bottle of sparkling wine in the room for when we returned from golf.
The hotel made us up lunch boxes to take to golf too.
2 of the golf courses were stunning but the other too needed a little bit of renovation to bring them up to scratch, as there was work being carried out on them.
We even had a proper cooked lunch prepared for us included at 2 of the golf courses, they were delicious.

Product : Great company. This is the first golf trip I have organised so it was nerve racking. I have to say it went without a hitch. Transfers to golf clubs and back brilliant. Hotel fab, transfers to and from airport spot on. Throughly recommended. Glencore you are top.

Product : Glencor selected some great courses in York. Always kept us up to date with the booking and were able to make amendments at short notice when one of the party had to drop out. Third year on the trot we have used them and highly recommend

Not a good experience at all
Product : Ramside hotel itself was tired and requires a makeover the carvery was closed for the 1st night so we went to the Rib room service was poor and some of our party sent the food back as it was cold, the fusion restaurant was the following night and the food and service was good, breakfast the next morning was back on to the carvery room the food was average and some of it cold
The golf club can only be described as a building site with temporary toilets bar service was poor and unfriendly
The golf club courses, the 1st one we played the fairways were in terrible condition and 2nd course was having major work’s done
All in all not a very good experience
Had any of this been explained properly before booking we would have gone somewhere else
