High up on the hill you can hike to Agadir Kasbah which is a set of fortifications dating back to 1541 and one of the few buildings that managed to withstand the earthquake. The beautiful beach in Agadir has a recently constructed Marina on it and is the perfect spot to relax and unwind away from the fairways. If you fancy something cultural then head up the hills to the Kasbah which dates back to the mid-16th century and offers stunning panoramic views of Agadir and the sea. Meanwhile the town centre contains the Agadir Memorial Museum which is dedicated to the victims of the 1960 earthquake which destroyed the town.
