Service rating : Very good service by Glencor, hence why have used for the last 4 years or so!!!😊
Product : Accomodation getting a bit tired, all staff very pleasant. Shame couldn’t play the course on site, but while there could see that no one was playing, so problem might not be just greens?
The replacement course Azata was very good.
Staff at all 3 courses were very welcoming & helpful.
Courses all in good condition, noticed all front 9s at each course were tricky.
Marbella Golf Club & Padierna Flamingos Golf Club outstanding choice by Glencor.
Overall my group enjoyed the trip, bit tiring as this year we didn’t have a rest day in the middle, and we will definitely like to comeback to Malaga area, as there are plenty of golf courses to explore.

Product : From Start To Finish Glencor have been fantastic. We had to make several changes to golf Holiday but the Glencor team dealt with everything for us.
Transfers from Airport and golf courses were always on time with helpfull staff to assist with luggage.
We will certainly book our next golf holiday with Glencor.

Service rating : Starting with the first message to lay out our preferred location and course's, the communication is easy and informative. We receive helpful information about certain course's, if hotel will suit us, tee time's that match what we need and adequate time to arrive at course plus time after round to sit and relax.
Product : Glencor have organised our golf holiday for a good number of year's, always easy to deal with even if you chop and change your original booking. This year was no different, hotel was perfect golf was perfect and all transfer's. Would recommend anytime and look forward to our next trip.

Product : I have used Glencor golf for the past five years I always find them excellent in arranging a golf trip for a party of 12 golfers. Product : This is the second time (this year) we’ve booked a golfing break with Glencor.
Portugal this time, 12 days with 6 rounds at different courses - all within a 30 minute drive from our hotel. Great choice on courses and although there was a slight hitch with hotel everything was sorted (by Robert) really quickly. Will use them again in the future.

Service rating : Great service, start to finish. Everything is communicated clearly and the online portal is easy to navigate once you have your booking.
Product : This was our second trip booking through Glencore and just as before everything was great. Unlike other companies I've used, Glencore listen to what you want as a group from your trip, rather than force feeding you the most expensive courses. Would highly recommend speaking to them for your next trip.

Service rating : Glencor were professional and attentive - everything was frictionless - they did everything well and without fuss!
Product : Very happy with the Glencor Service - they listened closely to the brief and then matched it perfectly - we went to Girona and played on the Ryder Cup (2031) course - our pitch marks should have subsided by then. great courses - everything went like clockwork! I shall be using them again next year.
