They say a time and the mini bus is allways there never late .

Service rating : From the initial enquiry to the finished package, we felt we were valued clients. Communication was excellent and the service we received from the drivers in Marrakech was first class. It was a delight to book with such a professional company.
Product : Our golf break in Marrakech was efficiently organised by the Glencor agents including the hotel and transfers to and from the airport and golf courses. They were very accommodating at making a tailor made itinerary and kept us informed at all times. Their documentation was excellent. I would certainly recommend them.

Service rating : Very helpful and efficient
Product : Really nice hotel in a lovely little town (Tavira) and great golf courses. My only comments would be that we played the 3 courses in the wrong order i.e the most spectacular & difficult course (Quinta Do Vale) was first up, and the easiest course (Benamor) was last. Also, providing advice as to which courses you should sensibly book a buggy for. We didn't book buggies with Glencor but would have done for our second round ( Castro Marim ) had we known that it was very hilly with long walks between green and tee. Overall however, a thoroughly enjoyable, good value break and Glencor were a great company to deal with.

Service rating : The service was excellent. Glencor responded to my emails quickly and answered all my questions.
Product : Everything went off as planned.
As I was leaving for my trip early I received my vouchers before I left as requested.
The hotel was fine as were the golf courses. I thought the rental clubs could have been better but they were sufficient. The clubs did arrive on time and were picked up after our final round.
It was easy working with Glencor and they always responded to any of my emails.

Service rating : The service level was excellent. Every time we had a question or wanted to make a change we got an immediate response.
Product : We had a great time on our trip and everything associated with the golf was great including the courses and the people at the courses. We had some issues with wind and rain and all the courses allowed changes to be made to allow us to get out on the course in the best possible conditions for the time that we were there. The hotel location and the space in our room was also excellent. The furniture in the hotel was a little worn but this was minor compared to the positives that the hotel offered. Overall we booked through Glencor to make sure our trip was as hassle free as possible and we could learn about the golfing and tourism aspects of the island to be able to determine if this was a place we want to come back to over and over again (the answer was a resounding yes).

Service rating : The help and support from Glencor was excellent in all respects and I highly recommend them.
Product : The Palacio Hotel in Estoril was really excellent as always and helped compensate for some poor weather (always a risk at the time we booked, which was in January). However, the course was very wet after very heavy rainfall and in my opinion should not have been open on some of the days we were there. Glencor's support was excellent throughout.

Hotel and 3 rounds of golf. Excellent hotel well located for the courses.
Unfortunately, the weather was against us on our first day, and the course was unplayable, but a quick email and we were refunded within three days, excellent service.
