The five-star Denia Marriott La Sella Golf Resort And Spa Hotel is situated around an hour’s drive from Alicante Airport and is about ten minutes from the centre of the Resort of Denia. Denia has everything needed for a great holiday with many bars and restaurants. However, it still retains the character of a commercial town rather than a typical resort you would find in the more popular tourist areas of the Costa del Sol.
There are 178 bedrooms divided into different categories from standard rooms to junior suites which were refurbished a little while ago. All of them are decorated in a classical style with modern furnishings in cool colour shades. There is a marble bathroom with toiletries, satellite TV air conditioning/heating and free WiFi and the rooms are generous in size.
There are three restaurants on-site offering different types of cuisine. The Montgo restaurant has local and international food on offer and has an outdoor terrace where you can eat in the sunshine. The Segaria Thai Fusion Restaurant offers more exotic fare and the la Nao Lounge is open all day for more typical local specialities.

The onsite golf course complements the quality of the rest of the Resort with 27 holes designed by Jose Maria Olazabal. The three different loops of nine holes provide contrasting challenges that will test the golfers all-round shot-making skills. Generally, the fairways are reasonably wide for the tee shots but the real challenge comes when you try to hit the greens which are guarded by well-positioned bunkers and water hazards. The course is next door to the Montgo Natural Park so is surrounded by woodland and hills and there are numerous indigenous trees to avoid on the course.
