The Tivoli Alvor Algarve Resort is a new 5 star Resort that has opened in 2019. Built to a very modern specification the Hotel is situated about two KMs from the centre of Alvor and around 750 metres from the beach. There are bars and restaurants within walking distance but they may not be needed as the Hotel operates on an all inclusive basis and is the first five star property to operate such a system in the Algarve. It’s approximately 60 miles from Faro Airport.
There are 300 rooms split between Deluxe twin rooms with a garden view and balcony and Deluxe rooms with sea view and balcony, superior rooms with garden or sea view and suites with a garden view. All the rooms have a clean contemporary look and provide the standard of accommodation you would expect from a modern five star resort. There is free Wi-Fi, LCD TV, air conditioning, minibar and a fully fitted bathroom with walk in shower.

There are three restaurants on site offering food to suit all tastes. Luigi’s serves Italian food ,the Mercado restaurant provides international cuisine in a buffet style with live cooking stations and the Surf and Turf restaurant specialises in grills of meat and fish using the finest local ingredients. If you are staying by the pool, then the Sardine bar offers snacks and drinks throughout the day.
There are six swimming pools spread throughout the Resort and an indoor pool in the adults only spa. The spa also has a sauna, jacuzzi, Turkish baths and a full range of treatments are available in the massage rooms. For the more energetic there are tennis and paddle tennis courts as well as a well-equipped fitness centre and a multi-functional field with basketball and five a side pitches.
