Next up is Golf De Belle Dune, perhaps one of the most sought after courses in the area. Although fairly new in golf course years (opened in 1992), this links and parkland layout is often voted as one of the Top 100 golf courses in the world. Golf De Belle Dune offers a championship quality layout and some of the best greens you will ever play. Add to this the possible test of wind and you have a very tough test on your hands! If you are struggling for birdies on the golf course, you can at least spot some of the feathered kind as the course is nestled inside Europe’s largest bird sanctuary.
With a third round at Le Mer, you really are spoilt for choice on this golf break. Le Mer is a Harry Colt designed course which is coming up to being 90 years old. Former home to the French Open this par 72 course is exposed to the elements and offers a true test of links golf. With a recent full refurbishment to the course, it is now back to its design which was so popular in the 70’s.
