Located just 500m (a 5 min walk) from the Islantilla Golf Course, the AMA Resort Islantilla Resort offers the perfect blend of quality accommodation and great golf courses in close proximity.
AMA Resort Islantilla offers 4* apartment accommodation, with our packages based on 2 sharing a 2-bedroom apartment, giving the added bonus of single bedrooms for every golfer. The standard 2-bedroom apartments offer great views of the resort or the Islantilla Golf Course and are large in size (from 90 to 110 square metres). Free Wi-Fi is also available within the apartments.
The resort features two restaurants (Subject to seasonal opening). The Ostras Restaurant is a buffet restaurant serving breakfast and also evening meals for those opting for a half board stay. The Fandado bar and restaurant offers an a la carte offering of Andalusian dishes and a great selection of wines.
The AMA Islantilla also features a Spa with facilities such as Sauna, ice bath and a cold water pool. This is the perfect place to unwind after a day on some sunny fairways on your golf break in Huelva, Spain!
Our packages with the AMA Resort Islantilla offer a choice of courses in the local area. Islantilla Golf offers 27 holes and is one of the best known courses in the area, and rightly so. The Blue, Yellow and Green courses all offer variety, with the Yellow loop especially benefiting from superb sea views. A driving range and excellent practice facilities are also available.
Isla Canela Old Course was opened in 1993 and offers great greens year round. An easy walking course, Isla Canela Old is integrated into local marshland offering a unique test and numerous water hazards. The Isla Canela Links course (formerly known as Valle Guadiana) offers amazing views of Portugal and 18 holes with a “links” feel. The course has been used numerous times as a DP World Tour Qualifying School venue.
La Monacilla Golf is a José María Olazábal design that opened in 2010, offering tight tree lined fairways and a British parkland feel. Once you’ve finished a round here, make sure to check out the stunning club house with terrace that overlooks the 18th hole!
