About Prince's Golf Club
The best-kept secret in the UK golf? Maybe. Prince’s Golf Club is situated in the midst of the beautiful Sandwich Bay. A former Open Championship venue and host to the 2017 amateur championship, this venue has proven pedigree and is an ideal location for UK golf breaks.
Prince’s has 27 holes of championship golf in the form of 3 loops of 9 holes christened The Shore, Dunes and Himalayas and is the ideal place for Links fanatics. Possibly the most notable hole in the resort falls on “The Shore”, the 5th hole on this 9 was the post-war 18th and the place where seven-time major winner Gene Sarazen lifted his one and only claret jug. Both the Dunes and the Himalayas also feature some standout holes and are a terrific test of golf for all abilities and offer panoramic vistas of the Kent countryside.
The Lodge at Prince’s and its two adjoining lodge houses will play host during your stay at Prince’s Golf Club, with a total of 38 bedrooms including two opulent Bay and Links suites there is something for everyone here at Princes Golf Club. Each room has its own unique feel and includes golf club storage space and other modern-day essentials such as free WiFi.
Prince’s Golf Club is home to 4 bars and a restaurant for your post-round analysis, the best for a quick pint after the round is probably the spike bar however, if you want something a little more special then the Prince’s suite is probably more for you, offering a wide variety of dishes and overlooks the course, Sandwich Bay and The White Cliffs of Ramsgate. You won’t get a much better view anywhere else.
