Golf is played on some incredible courses – including the Asia and Europa at the outstanding La Cala Golf Resort. These are two 18-hole tracks both of which were designed by the renowned Cabell B. Robinson and offer spectacular views of the Mijas mountains.
Chaparral Golf is just under 15 minutes from Fuengirola making this a popular choice. This is an 18-hole parkland style course up in the hills with some pretty natural scenery as well as sea views from various holes.
Mijas Golf’s Lagos course to Fuengirola is just 12 minutes away, and provides a pleasant rode featuring wide fairways, soft slopes plus large and flat greens. Originally designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr. and refurbished in 2012 however remaining honest to his original layout.
