The Best Golf Courses In Dubai

Dubai is fast becoming one of the world’s top destinations for a golf break, and for good reason. UK golfers will enjoy a wealth of benefits on a golf holiday to Dubai, including world-class courses, luxurious accommodation, and plenty of sunshine.

Some of the best golf courses in Dubai include those at the Emirates Golf Club, which has hosted nearly all the prestigious Dubai Desert Classic since 1989 on its Majlis course, and the Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club which also hosted the event in 1999 as well as 2000 and offers stunning views of the Dubai Creek and skyline. These are designed by some of the best golf course architects in the world including European Golf Design, who won ‘World’s Best New Golf Course’ at the 2019 World Golf Awards for their Dubai Hills creation.

You can also relax and dine in the high-end restaurants as well as enjoy fine dining at no fewer than 11 Michelin star restaurants.

Away from Dubai’s golf courses, you can experience camel rides, quad bike and 4×4 rides across the desert, climb the magnificent Burj Al Arab, visit waterparks and visit indoor ski centres – not to mention the various beautiful beaches. The city is also home to some of the most luxurious hotels in the world, making it an ideal destination for a relaxing getaway.

When to travel to Dubai for a golf holiday

The best time of year to travel to Dubai for a golf holiday is from November to March, when the weather is milder and more comfortable for outdoor activities.

During these months, temperatures typically range from the mid-20s to the low-30s Celsius, providing ideal conditions for a round of golf whilst still giving you the option to relax by the pool on those days away from the fairways.
