Last week saw Andy from Teeuplo pack his golf clubs, camera kit and drone on a holiday to Cyprus. Fortunately for Glencor Golf, he was able to sneak in a couple of rounds on two fabulous golf courses – the stunning Elea Golf Course and Aphrodite Hills golf course.
Andy has filmed a Man Versus Golf video with Glencor Golf, this continues his series on his YouTube which sees him take on 3 holes on a golf course to try and beat the score.
Elea Golf Club is situated on the beautiful Elea Estate, and features a par 71 18 hole course designed by Sir Nick Faldo. Since its opening in 1996 this course has built itself an excellent reputation due to the stunning scenery and it’s seamless integration into the surrounding environment.
The second part of these videos is at Aphrodite Hills, probably the best know golf resort in Cyprus. This resort features an 18 hole Championship golf course that stretches 6,299 metres with incredible views of the site where Aphrodite, the goddess of love, is said to have emerged from the sea.
Andy’s video shows some stunning scenery and what an interesting course it is with one hole requiring a tee shot over a large ravine with the aim of hitting a green, high in the distance. Don’t just take our word for it, watch the videos!
