GlencorPoints Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility & Enrolment

1.1 GlencorPoints is open to individual residents of the UK aged 18 or over.

1.2 To earn and redeem points, clients must register for an account via the Manage My Booking portal.

1.3 Points are non-transferable and hold zero cash equivalent value.
2. Earning GlencorPoints

2.1 Points are calculated based on the total base cost of the qualifying golf holiday booking (excluding flight components, insurance, or card fees).

2.2 Points are awarded strictly to the Lead Passenger listed on the booking confirmation. Individual party members are not eligible to claim points for a group booking.

2.3 For the Summer Soft Launch, retroactive points may be requested for bookings made prior to the launch date, provided the travel date is in the future. Once a trip has departed, retroactive points cannot be applied for past bookings.
3. Validation & Point Activation

3.1 Points will appear as “Pending” upon booking confirmation.

3.2 Points will become “Active” and available for redemption 14 days after the travel return date has passed, ensuring the holiday has been completed and not cancelled.

3.3 If a booking is cancelled or amended down in value, the corresponding pending points will be voided or adjusted accordingly.
4. Redemption

4.1 GlencorPoints can only be redeemed against future bookings made directly with Glencor Golf Holidays.

4.2 Points cannot be applied retrospectively to a booking that has already been confirmed and deposited.
5. Data Protection, Variations & Technical Errors

5.1 By opting into GlencorPoints, you agree to your booking data being processed to calculate rewards in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5.2 Glencor Golf Holidays reserves the right to alter, amend, or terminate the GlencorPoints scheme at any time with 30 days’ notice.

5.3 In the event of a technical glitch, server error, or database calculation malfunction, Glencor Golf Holidays reserves the right to audit internal transaction logs and manually adjust client balances to reflect correct values.
6. Crucial Amendments for GlencorPoints

6.1 Exclusions from Earning: GlencorPoints are earned purely on the base cost of accommodation, green fees and transport.

6.2 Redemption Caps: The maximum value of GlencorPoints that can be redeemed against a single future booking is capped at [e.g., 20%] of that booking’s total value. Points cannot be used to cover the initial required booking deposit.

6.3 Expiry: GlencorPoints remain valid for a period of 24 months from the date they transition from “Pending” to “Active.” If no further qualifying bookings are made within this 24-month window, the points balance will automatically expire and be forfeited.

6.4 Fraud & Manipulation: Glencor Golf Holidays reserves the right to close a GlencorPoints account and cancel all accumulated points if any fraudulent activity, booking manipulation, or abuse of the Lead Passenger system is detected.
Data Processing for GlencorPoints
When you enrol in GlencorPoints, we process your personal data (including booking history, destination preferences, and contact details) under the lawful basis of Performance of a Contract to calculate, manage, and display your rewards balance within the Manage My Booking portal.
For marketing communications regarding GlencorPoints balances, promotional multiplier events, and holiday offers, we rely on Legitimate Interests (Soft Opt-In) or Consent, depending on how your data was collected. You maintain an absolute right to opt out of these marketing communications at any time by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link in any email or updating your communication preferences with us.
