How Glencor Points Work

  • Earn Points:
    • Register & Get 1 Point for every £10 spent on your holiday. Points are credited to the lead booker after your trip.
  • Use Points:
    • 100 Points = £10 discount on your next booking.
    • Redeem some or all Points when paying for a new holiday — it’s entirely up to you.
  • Check Your Balance:
    • View your Points anytime in Manage My Booking.

What are Glencor Points?

Glencor Points is our loyalty programme that rewards you for booking golf trips with Glencor Golf Holidays.
Points are earned and redeemed exclusively by the lead booker.

Who can join Glencor Points?

To sign up and earn Glencor Points:

  • You must be 18 or older
  • You must be the lead booker
  • Points cannot be transferred between clients

How do I earn Glencor Points?

You earn 1 Point for every £10 spent on eligible bookings.

Are partial Points given?

No — Points are always rounded down.
Example: £219 = 21 Points.

When are Points added to my account?

After you return from your holiday. You can view your points in Manage My Booking.

Which bookings qualify?

Points can be earned on all destinations, including UK trips.

Which bookings do NOT earn Points?

You won’t earn Points on:

  • Gift voucher purchases

  • Escorted coaching trips

  • Bookings cancelled before travel

How much are Glencor Points worth?

100 Glencor Points = £10 discount on a future booking.

How do I redeem my Points?

You can redeem Points when making a new booking through Concierge.

You can choose to use some or all of your Points.

What can’t I use Points for?

You cannot:

  • Use Points for the initial deposit

  • Exchange Points for cash

  • Transfer Points to someone else

  • Use Points on the same booking that earned them

Gift vouchers can be used alongside Points.

What happens if my booking is changed?

If your booking is amended (e.g., group size reduces), the Points awarded will be adjusted accordingly.

If your booking is cancelled before travel, you will not receive Points.

Do Glencor Points expire?

Yes.

When do Points expire?

Points expire 24 months after they are credited.

Can expiry be extended?

Yes — if you earn new Points, the expiry date for your entire balance resets to 24 months from the date the latest Points are credited.

Can expired Points be reinstated?

No. Once expired, Points are permanently removed.

How can I check my Points balance?

Log into Manage My Booking to view your current Points balance and expiry dates.

What personal data do you collect for Glencor Points?

We collect and process:

  • Your name and contact details

  • Booking history

  • Your Glencor Points balance and activity

This information is required to operate Glencor Points.

How is my data used?

We use your data to:

  • Award and track Points

  • Display your balance in Manage My Booking

  • Manage bookings

  • Send relevant updates or offers (with your consent where required)

Can Glencor Points change in the future?

Yes.
We may update, suspend, or withdraw Glencor Points at any time, but we will provide reasonable notice if major changes occur.

Continuing to use the programme after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

Do Glencor Points have a cash value?

No.
Points cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded in any form.

What if something goes wrong?

We are not liable for:

  • Points that expire
  • Points lost due to incorrect information provided by you
  • Temporary technical faults
  • Loss of Points except where required by law

Our liability is limited to the value of Points earned and not yet redeemed.
