As the name suggests, the Twenty Ten Course was specifically designed to host the 2010 Ryder Cup. It has played host to the best players from both sides of ‘The Pond’ and now you too can follow in the footsteps of the likes of Phil Mickleson, Rory McIlroy, Rickie Fowler and Ian Poulter. The course, the newest on the complex, is itself is a par 71, and plays just under 7,500 yards from the rear tees. It is the epitome of risk and reward golf, with its extensive lakes and devilish rough, you will be sure to find an enjoyable challenge here.

The other courses, although they may not have the same worldwide renown or prestige as the Twenty Ten Course, don’t let that fool you, they are still equally exciting and challenging as their younger brother. The Roman Road course, named so because of the famous ancient Roman roads that intersect with the course, is the resorts original and first course. Designed by the legendary Robert Trent Jones Snr, this course has played host to an array of tournaments, most notably the Celtic Manor Wales Open and the All Star Cup.

The final course that calls Celtic Manor home is The Montgomerie Course. Designed by the man who led the European team to victory in 2010. This par 69 course offers player’s exceptional variety, with 2 long and challenging par 5s, various par 4s, and a few exciting par 3s, golfers will certainly have an enjoyable and versatile experience.

After your days golf you can retire inside the extensive resort, home to a multitude of bars and restaurants, there is sure to be plenty to keep you entertained whilst you discuss the day’s events and unwind.
