The 18 hole par 72 Santana Golf is spread out over 6207 metres in beautiful parkland on an old avocado plantation. Designed by Cabell B. Robinson who has crafted a course with wide and well fairways on fairly flat terrain which makes this course one which doesn’t necessitate buggies.
Water features offer some interesting features however they don’t impose themselves too heavily on the play having said that, Santana is a demanding course with greens that are protected by bunkers. Each hole at Santana Golf offers a different challenge meaning you will need to use every club in the bag and ensure both your short and long game are on point. A great course for any golfer looking to challenge themselves on a golf holiday in the Costa Del Sol.
The scenery at Santana Golf is extremely beautiful – with the avocado trees that once were everywhere still dotted around the course along with other fruit trees like mango, orange and lemon. There is also cactus, pines, and olive trees too. Such is the beauty of Santana Golf and the peaceful natural environment surrounding it is home to a varied population of indigenous birds.
