One of the recent trends in golf holidays is the rise of an all inclusive golf break – this means all your food and drink is prepaid for which is often a lot more cost effective than eating out every night whilst enjoying a few beers or a glass of wine. It’s also popular with groups of golfers who don’t have to worry about a kitty or keeping tabs of who owes what too! We have a wide range of all inclusive golfing holidays available and we provide a brief run down of what we feel are some of the best all inclusive golf resorts:
One of our most popular all inclusive resorts due to it’s incredible value for a 5* hotel, NAU Sao Rafael Suites is an excellent choice for groups looking for some good golf with great accommodation.
This resort is close to Albufeira (ten mnute walk) should you wish to venture out for some the excellent nightlife. or you can relax at the nearby Sao Rafael Beach which is just 600m away.
NAU Sao Rafael Suites has three onsite restaurants so food wise there is good variety and a large bar inside as well as a bar / restaurant outside for alfresco dining.
Staying at this resort gives you access to Salgados, Morgado and Alamos golf courses which are also owned by the NAU Hotels group.
Another resort we like is the Montecastillo Golf Resort in the Costa De La Luz region in Spain. This is more popular with couples and smaller groups due to it’s more secluded location however like the above resort, also provides 5* accommodation.
All inclusive here consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner at el Lager Restaurant which provides great views of the golf course if you choose to eat al fresco! Enjoy national alcoholic drinks, soft drinks, tea and mineral water in either the restaurant or the bar too.
The golf at Montecastillo is exceptional, with this the former home of the Volvo Masters so you have the chance to follow in the footsteps of previous winners of the event Lee Westwood, Miguel Ángel Jiménez, Darren Clarke and Pádraig Harrington. Unlimited golf is provided on this Jack Nicklaus designed golf course.
The region of Belek in Turkey has long been popular with golfers looking for luxury, great golf courses, and all inclusive board basis. There are a lot of resorts in this region including Maxx Royal Golf & Spa, Sirene Hotel and Sueno Deluxe however we have picked out Cornelia Diamond Golf Resort.
Located on the beautiful beach in Iskele Mevkii and renovated in 2008, this resort is packed with facilities including a nightclub, television lounge, whilst there are 4 a la carte restaurants and 8 bars available in Winter months whilst in Summer this expands to 8 restaurants and 10 bars!
Golf onsite is provided by the 27 hole Faldo course which gives three great loops of 18 holes, offering excellent variety for a golf resort.
