As you may have seen Monarch Airlines have ceased trading as of 01/10/2017 and will no longer operate any future flights. Whilst Glencor Golf do not sell or operate any flights we are aware this may have a knock on effect to your travel arrangements.

Clients Currently Away
Please see https://monarch.caa.co.uk/ for advice relating to your flight home. It is unlikely you will receive any help/support for a “flight only” booking from the CAA unless your booking was made during the brief time Monarch issued ATOL certificates on flight only bookings. You may be able to claim a refund from your credit/debit card used to pay for your Monarch flights however you will need to contact the administrators to discuss this.
If you have re-booked with another airline for a flight home and have a hire car or transfers booked please contact the suppliers directly (contact details are on your vouchers) to inform them of your change in flight details. If you cannot get through to the suppliers please contact Glencor Golf and we will pass on the relevant details to the suppliers.

Clients Due to Travel
If you are due to travel on a Monarch flight and need to amend your booking please call 01904 406550. Please note for clients arriving in the coming few weeks amendments may not be possible to your hotel and golf bookings due to high occupancy and may be non-refundable. We will work with our suppliers to assist wherever we can.
For alternate flights we recommend www.skyscanner.net. Please contact us however before booking alternate flights on dates which differ to your original arrangements.
