| AROEIRA 1 | |
| Set amidst a forest of pine trees you could be forgiven for thinking you are playing at Woburn or Wentworth when you tee up here .Unusually there are no fairway bunkers but the course is so well laid out that the undulating and pine tree lined fairways require great accuracy and planning to make the most of your round. Definitely not a course where you can just bang away off the tee but a real good test of golf . It has hosted the Portugese Open on two occasions . | |
| AROEIRA 2 | |
| Donald Steel has skillfully designed this course set around 5 large lakes to provide a very different challenge to its sister course Aroeira 1 . Well positioned fairway bunkers demand accuracy off the tee and although only opened in 2000 it has already established itself as a venue for Professional events . The large greens look easy to hit but their undulating and speedy nature still provide a challenge once you have found them | |
