SON VIDA CLUB DE GOLF

The oldest course on the Island was completely updated in 2001 and presents a real challenge to golfers of all standards . The wide fairways make it look deceptively easy but it is the second shot into tightly guarded fast and undulating greens that makes one realise how good a course this is .

SON MUNTANER CLUB DE GOLF

Opened in March 2000 this is one of the Islands most scenic courses being surrounded by hills and lush vegitation . The par 72 course presents an interesting challenge with carefully placed tee shots required to make the most of the very large greens

REAL GOLF DE BENDINAT

Not only a very good golf course but also one offering tremendous views over the Bay of Palma Nova . Originally a nine hole course it was extended to 18 in 1995 and the course offers two very different nines with the front nine running between luxurious residential properties and on the second you are up in the hills in superb countryside . The course is undulating and a buggy is recommended.

GOLF DE PONIENTE

Situated just 12Kms from Palma this par 72 ,7032 yard course is universally regarded as the finest design on the Island . Wide well kept fairways provide the illusion that the course is easy however the strategic bunkering and seven lakes soon alter that initial perception. The 10th is the signature hole with a drive over the water onto a fast undulating green .

GOLF SANTA PONSA

Mallorcas “ golf village “ contains three courses and a 4 star hotel and has hosted the Balearic Open on several occasions . It is easily reached by motorway from Palma . The number one course is a “stadium” style design with wide fairways ,several dog legs and dramatic use of water hazards. .

GOLF PARK PUNTIRO

This par 71 course designed by Jack Nicklaus opened in 2006 and is another American style stadium course .Wide fairways surrounded by pine , olive and carob trees and a superb design make this a must visit course . There is also one of the best golf training centres in Europe situated here with all the latest technology to improve your game.
